Thank you so much for taking your time to show us the factory operation last week. The Amish country in Ohio is a wonderful place to visit, and we miss the cool temperatures. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour; seeing how it is made makes our polywood furniture even more special!
We previously purchased two of the PVTC 2400 2' chairs Poly Curve-Back in weatherwood from you. We were impressed with the personalization that we saw and wondered if it would be possible for you to personalize the top of the back of each of the two chairs and just send us those two pieces to replace the tops we currently have.

People often are quick to complain but slow to praise so I wanted to get this word to you fast.
The installers were very professional, friendly and polite. They appeared to have a great work ethic and wanted us, the customer, to be satisfied. It is a pleasure to have people like this at your home and they definitely reflected well on the entire organization.

nice job. Well I am not Tim the Tool man I was able to assemble the chairs
and table without much trouble. I am sure we will enjoy them for many years
to come I am so happy I found your web site and will be sure to pass it

Hi...We put our burgundy chairs together today in time for our labor day picnic. The first one took a few minutes longer, but the second one went together in 17 minutes!
I love that there are no directions...just pictures! They were very easy to assemble and we love them.
...keep me in the loop of new product development. I want a four person covered swing made from milk cartons and maybe some benches. Probably some stuff I want that I don't even know I need too :)
