Factory Pre-stained -
 On
cedartone, white or clear stained gazebos, cedar shingles are redtone stained.
Floor coverage on white or clear stained gazebos is clear. Floor coverage on cedartone
stained gazebos is cedartone. On white stained Classic Arbors and Rose Arbors,
the sides are stained white; the floor, swing, and platform are clear watersealed.
Nail holes are not filled at the factory. Fascia has no screws
or nails on the outside. American and Colonial Rail have no screws on top cap.

Stained Gazebos -
Stained Gazebos consist of two coats of Sherwin Williams
solid color stain, with floor left natural with a clear waterseal applied and
a redtone shake preservative applied to the shingles. On all K.D. and built-on-site
units, even though our crews take precautions on handling the unit, you will experience
some scratches, dirt and finger marks, which are beyond our control. A small amount
of touch-up stain will be provided for the customer to apply.
Clear Sealer No. 3000 - UV Clear - Approx. 2 years life
- Water repellent with no silicone
- No hazardous air pollutants
- Deep-penetrating formula with UV absorbers
- Contains mildewcide and fungicide
- One-coat cover 150 square feet
- Apply to Dry Surface
- Air temperatures need to be above 50° with no rain for
2 days
Cedar Tone Sealer - Approximately 3 years life
Same as above with cedar tone color - color pigment gives longer
lasting protection. To match use Behr Deck Plus semi-transparent 3-534 Redwood
Natural tone.
Solid Color Stain by Sherwin Williams- Approximately
6 years life
- A high quality specially processed modified linseed Alkyd base
- Exterior stain
- Formulated with non-photo chemically reactive solvent, without
lead or mercury

- All gazebos ordered with cedar tone, clear, white will have
this preservative on the roof

yellow pine. This wood was dried after treatment and mulled.
